Another tasty blood dish is the Nam-Tok Moo from Soothr

“Spicy and savory pork blood soup with thin rice noodles, sliced pork, homemade meatball, beansprout, morning glory, and basil.”

haven't been to soothr in a hot minute (their popularity made it too annoying to get in) but i'm sure i'll be back soon enough... definitely need to try this. sounds gnarly as hell!

Love many iterations of blood sausage & pudding, what can I say! V happy to live in sunnyside where black and white can be bought any time from the butcher block. Swedish blood pudding is an oddball imo - very sweet, usually has cinnamon/allspice in it & smells like a Christmas yankee candle. But compelling if you’re a broke student low on iron lol

Butcher Block came up on my google searches but i haven't been myself (Buttered Popcorn, unfortunately, is a very Brooklyn-centric publication... would love to spend more time up in Queens)

gonna have to try this Swedish blood pudding though
